Meeting at our House.

Tonight we had a meeting full of blessing.  The invitation was given to the church that whoever was interested in Fusion should come to the Poloha’s house for a meeting to think and strategize about the future for Fusion.  There was a great turn out of people and a tremendous amount of thoughts and ideas.   We truly feel blessed to have this group’s support and prayers as we continue to work with them! Please pray for the future strategy for the beginning of Fusion.
We rejoice also over the fact that the House is serving the purpose of us being in Banska Bystrica and having people in it.

Schools directors said NO to Fusion.

This has been the deciding day for Strategy A in Banska Bystrica.  We found out today one after another that the School Administrators are not on board with Fusion.  This is a hard thing to hear, but is also confirming to us that this part of the strategy is done and we can confidently move forward to the next idea without a feeling that we did not do enough before.  New ideas are popping up, but we will see where God will lead us!

Travels and meetings, this is what describes October 18th for us.

We spent the day traveling to Žilina and Bratislava and spent the day in meetings.  These were not normal meetings!  We had the opportunity to meet with Mark Chase (who’s family is raising support to move here).  We are excited about the prospect of the Chases moving here and working with us in Fusion!  The time spent today with Mark was a great time to get to know him better and to strategize about the future and the ministry he and his family can have here.   The travel to and from the meeting was also a good time for us (Josh and Draho) to spend together, talking and thinking about the future of Fusion.

Visiting City hall again.

Today three of us (Draho, Zuzka, and Josh) went to a meeting of the School administrators to promote Fusion to them.  We had only 5 minutes to share and were not able to use our power point presentation on the big screen, but I believe that God was present!  We were able to clearly explain Fusion and what we are doing.  As we were leaving we were told that they needed to discuss it with each other and would get back to us in a week.  Please be praying together with us that God will move in their hearts and that they will decide to send their students to the Fusion Concert in November!
